Lego seemed unlikely to have that many modular products of quality before they acquired famous pop culture brands such as Harry Potter and Star Wars, and some of the old packs proved that the city's creativity was very close to drying up in the early 1980s. The castle scene in the town square has a very ordinary town square filled with medieval knights. The focus of the scene seems to be dark Age horse-drawn carriages blocking the path of some kind of motor vehicle, which is totally silly. This kit is also ridiculously expensive now, so check your attic to see if you have a copy.
