Rosemary's Baby is a 1968 American thriller/horror film directed by Roman Polanski. Starring Mia Farrow, John Casavez and Ruth Gordon. The content of the film is adapted from the novel of the same name published by Ella Levine in 1967. It describes a woman who had a strange dream and became pregnant, only to discover that her child might be the son of the devil.

The film was well received, shortlisted and won many awards, and was also selected by the American Film Institute as the ninth place in the 100-year-old thriller film.
