Beth Smith is Rick's daughter and Jerry's wife. She is a horse heart surgeon. 

In the series Meeseeks and Destroy, it is revealed that Beth is from Muskegon, Michigan. 

Generally speaking, she often collides with her husband and disagrees with Jerry's mediocrity.
