Despite having room for only one player, The Manchester scouts are great players who like motorcycles. It's one of the few vehicles that can be test-driven on Perico Island. Players who take advantage of this will find it great both on the road and off-road. It also has a fair number of customization options, but nothing really stands out compared to other vehicles that don't come from this DLC. It may be a fun car to drive but is probably best suited to the island.
