EVERSPACE, like most of the games on this list, is not considered a pure "space flight simulator." As it turns out, there aren't many pure spaceflight simulations. EVERSPACE, however, definitely fits the bill. It's a 3D space shooter with roguelike elements, gorgeous visuals, and fun battles.

The Xbox One version scored 84, while the other versions came close. Many critics praised the game as a new roguelike genre, and its sequel was successfully funded on Kickstarter, so the fun didn't stop with the first game.
