Guernica is one of Pablo Picasso's most famous paintings. At that time, during the Spanish Civil War, Nazi Germany was invited by Francisco Franco to carry out the first carpet bombing of Guernica under the jurisdiction of the Spanish Republic. At that time, Picasso was commissioned by the government of the Spanish Republic to paint a decorative painting for the Spanish area of the Paris World Exposition, which gave birth to this great Cubist art work. The work depicts the city of Guernica after being ravaged by a bomb. This painting uses only black and white, and extensive gray paint. The structure of the painting is very similar to the triptych. In the center of the painting is a dead horse and a woman holding a lamp. On the right is the burning house and the screaming woman. On the left is a bull, a woman and her dead son. However, it is not a triptych. The painting is arranged in a triangle, and the core of the painting is the dead warrior and the lamp at the apex.
