Ulan Tuhazi was born on March 5, 1993, in Xibert Village, a suburb of Emin County, Tacheng, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. He is a professional Chinese boxer.
On January 14, 2017, in the final match of the WBA China Professional Boxing Champions League, Ulan won a 115-pound gold belt from the WBA China Organization. On May 5, 2018, in the WBA Intercontinental Boxing Championship, Ulan won the WBA Asian East Asian Intercontinental Golden Belt with 3 knockouts in four rounds and 4R23 seconds TKO.
