The Beatles is a British rock band formed in Liverpool in 1960, also known as "The Beatles", "The Beatles" and so on in the Chinese-speaking regions. The band members are John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr. They are widely recognized as the greatest and most influential rock band in history. Rooted in noise jazz and 1950s rock and roll, the Beatles explored a variety of music genres, from pop ballads to psychedelic rock, often creatively using classic elements. In the early 1960s, their extreme popularity gave rise to the Beatlemania phenomenon. As their creation matured in the future, they were regarded as the incarnation of the ideals of the countercultural movement at that time.

The band’s third single "From Me to You" was released in April and became a top hit on the charts, starting the record of the Beatles’ 17 singles in the UK almost consecutively topping the top Only one of the 18 singles released was not a champion single.
