The Scooby-Doo Show is an American animated mystery comedy series. The title of the series is the collective name of the third incarnation of Hanna-Barbera's Scooby-Doo franchise. From 1976 to 1978, a total of 40 episodes were aired on ABC, which was broadcast for three consecutive seasons. This marked the first Scooby series to appear on the Internet. Although their broadcast methods change every year, the 1976-1978 Scooby plot represents the longest running format of the original program in three seasons, and Scrappy-Doo was added. Since 1980, the episodes of all three seasons have been replayed under the name "Scooby Doo"; these Scooby-Doo episodes were not originally aired under that title. Although Series 2 and Series 3 were originally produced in 1977 and 1978, the copyright of these joint editions belongs to the 1976 copyright protection.
