Roger Harry Dottley is a British musician who became famous as the founder and lead singer of Who's Band in the mid-1960s. In 1973, he started his solo career, but still stayed in the band. Dotley's powerful voice and typhoon have made him one of the most attractive front desk people in rock history. In 2010, "Rolling Stone" magazine ranked him 61st on the "Historical Greatest Singer" list. He is also an actor and film producer.
