One of the lesser-known real-world locations in Grand Theft Auto V is Rancho Towers. They were found in the area south of Santos in Los Angeles, based on watta in Los Angeles. Rancho and Watta serve no other purpose than decoration.

Watta was designed by architect Sabato Rodia. According to DiscoverlosAngeles.com, "In 1921, with the help of his brother, Rhodia purchased a curiously shaped triangular lot at 1765 East 107th Street."
