Fox Pirates Fox is the only "first generation" animatronics to appear on this list, and for good reason. The main premise of FNAF is that players will be in a fixed position as they roll through the security camera and play a twisted Where's Waldo game with killer robots. Looking like a discarded digimon design, Fox immediately caught the eye in the worst possible way, abandoning the more leisurely pace of his peers. The red demon runs vaguely towards the player, demanding an immediate response. While this was indeed the scariest part of the first game, it did get a little silly once the initial shock wore off.
