This dragon greets visitors at some kind of theme park or yacht rental agency with a smile on his face. It's hard to know if this guy is made entirely of Legos, or if his shell is made exclusively of Legos. Either way, it was a creative use of Lego and immediately brought a sense of innocence and welcome to the area. It uses a well-known cartoon design choice when they have a snake-like character in the water. They would let the fish's body move in and out of the water to help show the length and size of the creature by showing it moving in and out of the water.
